- Job and warranty records: quotes, invoices, installation details, equipment serial numbers and compliance certificates.
- Website and advertising data: your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and which ad or campaign brought you to us, collected through cookies and similar tools.
We do not ask for your bank account or credit card details through our forms. If you apply for finance, the finance provider collects your financial information directly under its own privacy policy.
3. How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you when you call, email, message or meet us, fill in a form on our website, or submit a lead form on Facebook, Instagram or Google. When you submit a form on Meta platforms (Facebook or Instagram), Meta passes the details you enter to us. We may also receive information from finance providers, equipment suppliers, electricity distributors or government rebate programs when they relate to your job.
4. Why we use it
We use your personal information to:
- respond to your enquiry and contact you by phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp or Messenger;
- assess your property, design a system and prepare a quote;
- book site inspections and installations, and carry out the work;
- lodge grid-connection applications, compliance certificates and other approvals;

- refer you to a finance provider, such as Plenti, if you ask about finance;
- follow up on quotes, request reviews or referrals, and tell you about related products or services (see section 6);

5. Who we share it with
We only share your information when it’s needed for the purposes above. Recipients may include:
- equipment manufacturers and distributors, for warranty registration and support;

6. Marketing and how to opt out
We may contact you by phone, SMS or email about your enquiry, quote or installation, and occasionally about related services such as battery add-ons, EV chargers, system maintenance or reviews. Every marketing SMS and email will include a way to unsubscribe, for example by replying STOP. You can also opt out at any time by contacting us using the details below. Opting out of marketing won’t affect messages about a job you have booked with us.
7. Overseas storage
Some of the software and advertising services we use, including our CRM and Meta and Google platforms, may store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure those providers protect your information.
8. Cookies and analytics
Our website and ads use cookies, pixels and similar tools to understand how visitors use our site and which ads are working. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also manage ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram and Google account settings.
9. How we protect and keep your information
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including using password-protected systems and limiting staff access. We keep job, warranty and incentive records for as long as we need them for warranty, regulatory and tax purposes, generally up to 7 years. After that, we securely delete or de-identify them.
